Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: To enter, submit your email address via the designated entry form on the Official Tame Impala Merchandise site. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entrants must remain subscribed to receive marketing and promotional emails to remain eligible.

Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period (on a rollover month-to-month basis), excluding prior winners, fraudulent or otherwise disqualified entries, and email address that have unsubscribed to marketing communications. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via the email provided at entry within five (5) business days following the drawing at the end of each applicable month. Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide a valid U.S. mailing address to claim and receive the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize: One (1) signed Tame Impala vinyl record will be awarded to each monthly winner. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If a winner is unable to redeem the prize or is found to be ineligible, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where lawful. Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for delays or cancellations in prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or factors outside its control. If the prize cannot be fulfilled, no additional compensation will be provided. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded. If, due to error, more prizes are claimed than intended, winners will be selected in accordance with these rules to award only the stated number of prizes.

Shipping: Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the United States. No international shipping is available.

General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen items, technical difficulties, or undelivered/blocked emails.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC and its Artists/Clients, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the giveaway, receipt of the prize (including any reporting or tax implications within your state), or use/misuse of the prize. Entrants also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any third-party claims related to their entry or violation of these rules.
